Our store runs on the Shopify e-commerce platform.

SMS MARKETING SERVICE TERMS

1. Service Definition
By subscribing, you'll receive SMS marketing messages (offers, updates, reminders) sent via Omnisend, GDPR‑compliant and secure.
2. Consent & Subscription
You confirm ownership of the provided number, accept promotional SMS messages, and authorize use of your number under our Privacy Policy.
3. Message Frequency
Varies but is kept reasonable — approximately 1 to 4 messages per month.
4. Cost
JUTSU MILANO does not charge for SMS receipt. Standard carrier charges may apply.
5. Unsubscribe & Revocation
Opt-out anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link (if provided), replying "STOP" to any SMS, or contacting us at info@jutsumilano.store or jutsuartwearing@gmail.com. Unsubscription is immediate and free.
6. Data Protection
Your number will be processed under GDPR standards. We will never sell or share your data with third parties.
