All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.
During peak periods (sales, holidays, special launches), slight delays may occur.

4. ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order in real time.
5. FAILED DELIVERIES
If the courier is unable to deliver the package after several attempts, the order will be returned to the sender.
In this case, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment (any additional costs will be borne by the customer).
6. DAMAGES OR LOST PARCELS
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers.
However, we will do our best to assist and resolve any issues that may arise.
