📦 REFUND POLICY – SIZE RETURN & EXCHANGE SECTION

Free Returns and Size Exchanges – European Union

We offer free returns and size exchanges throughout the European Union.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind, you can return the product or request a replacement within 14 days of delivery, at no additional cost.

You have 14 days to notify us of your intention to return or exchange an item.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are covered by us.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and original packaging, including any accessories or extras received in the package.

Simply contact us via email and provide proof of purchase and photos of the received items.

Return Conditions

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
This will help us assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period – EU

Regardless of the above, if your item was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to justify the decision.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
